Our Vision
Founded in 2017 in Myanmar, we aim to:
- Spread public health education with the goal of preventing and slowing down progression of chronic kidney disease.
- Set up nonprofit dialysis centers nationwide through cooperation with local charity organization. MKF will provide them with technical expertise so quality dialysis treatment can be delivered. This will offer public more affordable dialysis treatment by only collecting running cost of the centers.
- Provide basic health care needs for those with noble hearts who donated their kidneys for kidney transplant operation.
- Organize continued medical education seminars for the sharing of knowledge and experience with local and overseas kidney experts to improve and obtain international standard of kidney patient’s care.
MKF encourages young dialysis patients to continue their education and employment to achieve their career goals.MKF helps older patients lead their families and look after their grandchildren. Additionally, we continue to establish more Non-Profit Dialysis Centers (NPDCs) nationwide.
